Payments Policy
For retail orders, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. Your credit card will be billed when your order is placed. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders for online orders.
Returns Policy
While we strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations, we understand that our customer’s occasionally desire to return their purchases for a variety of reasons. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, as per the terms and conditions established below.
Return Process
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect an order upon delivery and contact Outcarts Support immediately if there are any missing or damaged products. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving a product.
To return an item, please call us at (717) 733-2117 during normal business hours to speak with one of our team members. Once your return has been approved, place your item(s) securely back into their original packaging, with your receipt or other proof of purchase, and mail the item to the following address:

Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for most returns. The fee will be waived if the return is due to a defective product and/or an error on the part of Outcarts. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
